These women have given their time and energy, not just on event days, but behind the scenes in ways that often go unnoticed. And guess what? These roles are completely volunteer-based! We’re endlessly grateful for every single one of them.
As seasons change, we understand that priorities shift, and we’re here to cheer on that growth. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to welcome new faces to our team! We’re specifically looking for a Membership Coordinator and event-day volunteers—Latinas who are ready to step in, lead with heart, and help us create unforgettable experiences.

Entonces...Community Engagement Coordinator
This is your chance to build deeper connections within our growing Latinas On The Go community. As Community Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our sisterhood welcoming new members, celebrating their stories, and creating opportunities for them to connect, grow, and thrive.
You’ll help shape the member experience through meaningful engagement, thoughtful communication, and authentic relationship-building. Every message, meetup, and moment will reflect our mission of empowerment, leadership, and sisterhood
LOTG Ambassador Program
Do you love empowering Latinas and representing a mission-driven brand? As a Brand Ambassador for Latinas On The Go, you’ll be the face of our community, promoting our values, fostering connections, and creating a positive impact. This role is for individuals who are passionate about community engagement and enjoy being a champion for Latina empowerment.
Social Media Team Member
This is your chance to bring Latinas On The Go’s voice to life online. As part of our social media team, you’ll help shape the stories, visuals, and moments that connect our community across platforms.
You’ll brainstorm creative ideas, share inspiring content, and keep the conversation flowing with our audience all while collaborating with a supportive team that celebrates culture, connection, and creativity.
This isn’t just about posting, it’s about empowering and representing Latina voices!
