Here’s How It Works —
✔ Exclusive for LOTG Members: Only active members can host a Takeover. Not a member yet? Join us today!
✔ Thursday Evenings Only: Takeovers happen after 6 PM, with a 2-hour minimum to give everyone time to connect and enjoy.
✔ Plan Ahead: Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance to ensure proper planning and promotion.
✔ Refreshments: Hosts are responsible for providing light refreshments for attendees. Think casual bites, small appetizers, or sips to keep the vibe going.
✔ Cancellations: Life happens, but if you need to cancel, we require at least 72 hours' notice so we can adjust plans accordingly.
✔ LOTG Approval & Promotion: Every event must be confirmed and approved by the LOTG team before it can be promoted. We’ve got your back when it comes to marketing—we’ll design your event flyer using our exclusive LOTG branding. No outside digital flyers will be used.
✔ Event Details: Provide us with all the essentials—date, time, parking, theme, and anything attendees need to know—so we can ensure a smooth and successful event.
