This is your chance to bring Latinas On The Go’s voice to life online. As a Social Media Team Member, you’ll help shape the stories, visuals, and moments that connect our vibrant community across platforms. You’ll work alongside our marketing team to share inspiring content, celebrate our members, and expand our digital footprint in a way that’s creative, culturally rooted, and community-first.

This is a volunteer role ideal for a creative storyteller or aspiring marketer who wants to gain experience, grow their portfolio, and make an impact while being part of a mission-driven Latina collective.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Help plan, create, and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Write engaging, on-brand captions that reflect our community’s heart and energy.

  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and trending content.

Community Engagement

  • Interact with our audience, respond to comments, share stories, and amplify member voices.

  • Highlight user-generated content and celebrate community wins.

  • Support the marketing team during events, launches, and special campaigns.

Growth & Insights

  • Monitor engagement and share quick insights on what’s resonating.

  • Stay on top of trends and suggest creative ways to reach more mujeres.
