At Latinas On The Go, our mission is simple and bold: to bring community together.
We exist to create spaces where Latinas can gather, grow, and feel seen through events, mentorship, and intentional connection rooted in faith, culture, and joy.
We believe community is our greatest asset and we’re inviting organizations, cultural leaders, and local changemakers to join us as Community Partners in this movement.

Latinas On The Go is a vibrant community of women in the Greater Tampa Bay area, created to empower, uplift, and connect Latinas through meaningful gatherings, leadership opportunities, and cultural celebration.
We host local events, workshops, and community activations that foster authentic connection, personal growth, and representation in spaces where our voices matter.
Through our nonprofit initiative, The Valiente Project, we support women navigating life transitions, offering mentorship, skill-building resources, and a sisterhood that reminds them they’re not alone.

Viva La Mujer
Our annual celebration of Women’s History Month, centered around Latina empowerment, identity, and purpose. From storytelling to worship to business showcases, Viva La Mujer brings together 200+ women to honor their journey and joy.

Workshops & Pop-Up Events
Throughout the year, we also host smaller-scale gatherings, ranging from member-exclusive workshops to community-wide meetups. These events cover everything from financial literacy and wellness to creative branding and networking and they’re designed to meet our community right where they are.
Our Non-ProfitThe Valiente Project
The Valiente Project is our nonprofit initiative dedicated to walking alongside women as they navigate big life transitions. Whether rebuilding after hardship, re-entering the workforce, or rediscovering their purpose we're here to offer mentorship, tools, and sisterhood.
We host a 4-week transformational program that culminates in a celebration honoring each woman’s courage, growth, and next step forward. Through this work, we’re not just changing lives we’re changing what’s possible for Latinas across Tampa Bay.
Our heart forCommunity Outreach
At Latinas On The Go, community isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we show up for.
We believe in meeting needs, building bridges, and being present where it matters most. Our outreach efforts focus on creating meaningful connections with local families, youth, and underserved communities throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area.
Some of our outreach efforts have included:

We’ve volunteered in food packing and distribution events to help families facing food insecurity, including hands-on work with Feeding Tampa Bay and Dreaming Tampa Bay.

We organize and support seasonal drives to collect toys, gifts, and essentials for families during the holidays partnering with local community leaders to spread hope and joy.

From participating in events like the MUDGIRL Run to donating to organizations like Hope for Her, we support programs that uplift women emotionally, physically, and financially.

We've contributed to home builds through Habitat for Humanity and supported shelters and organizations like The Spring of Tampa Bay, providing safe, stable spaces for women and families.

We stand alongside local organizations doing meaningful work from raising awareness around prevention and healing with groups like Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), to supporting grassroots nonprofits such as Gifts of the World through donations, volunteer work, and shared community efforts.
