Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Strategy

• Work with the LOTG leadership team to plan the annual events calendar, including networking events, workshops, galas, and community gatherings.

• Develop event concepts and experiences that reflect LOTG’s values and resonate with members.

• Create event timelines, budgets, and task lists to ensure smooth execution.

Coordination & Vendor Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers.

• Coordinate logistics, including contracts, permits, catering, décor, audio/visual needs, and transportation if applicable.

• Ensure all vendors understand and align with LOTG’s brand and values.

Post-Event Follow-Up

• Oversee post-event wrap-up, including thank-you messages, surveys, and lessons learned.

• Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to improve future events.
