This is your chance to be the heart of Latinas On The Go’s community helping women feel seen, supported, and connected. As Community Engagement Coordinator, you’ll build relationships with members, create opportunities for connection, and make sure every mujer feels part of something bigger.
You’ll play a key role in nurturing sisterhood across all touchpoints from welcoming new members to planning small gatherings and digital experiences. Every interaction you lead will reflect our mission of empowerment, leadership, and authentic connection.
This is a volunteer role, ideal for someone who loves people, community, and collaboration and wants to grow while making an impact in a purpose-driven organization.
About the Role —
Member Experience & Support
Welcome new members with warmth and guide them through onboarding.
Serve as the main point of contact for membership questions or support.
Ensure every member feels valued, connected, and empowered.
Community Engagement
Plan and coordinate both virtual and in-person community touchpoints (meetups, Q&As, member highlights, etc.).
Develop creative ways to keep our members active and engaged across channels (newsletters, chats, social groups).
Celebrate milestones, birthdays, and achievements within the community.
Membership Growth & Retention
Support recruitment efforts by sharing membership opportunities and success stories.
Gather member feedback and insights to help improve experiences.
Track engagement metrics and share updates with the leadership team.
Collaboration & Partnerships
Support partnership outreach with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
Assist during major LOTG events like Be Build Brand and other gatherings.
Work with the marketing team to spotlight member stories and collaborations.
